As part of our personal training education, we learn extensively about exercise nutrition. We are on hand to advise you on your diet and how to optimize it to maximise your training, health, and overall fitness. Depending on what you choose, we will be there to change your nutrition regularly to help you achieve any goals you have, in or out of the gym.
All of our extensive and informative exercise programs will be constructed, delivered, and developed by our experts, who are all Level 2 gym instructors and Level 3 Personal Training Qualified. This ensures your programs and our knowledge will be at the highest level to ensure your fitness goals are achieved.
Our initial consultations consist of a 30-minute video or phone call to ascertain your goals and habits. We will discuss how we can help you and the next steps you can follow to make sure we can help you fulfill your true fitness and health potential. This can take place on a variety of different services, whichever is most convenient for you, such as Skype, WhatsApp, or FaceTime.

In the initial 20-minute consultation, we'll explore your habits, lifestyle, and current fitness patterns. You'll complete a week-long diet diary and a movement screen to assess your body's mobility. The second session, scheduled a week later, involves reviewing your pre-sent movement analysis. Upon returning of the diet plan, we will discuss improvements. The third session creates a tailored training and diet plan, addressing any concerns. The fourth session, a week later, focuses on progress, adjusting your diet and training program based on your experience.
In the monthly follow-on stage of the initial plan, we fine-tune your diet by adapting macronutrients and caloric intake to align with your evolving training needs and potential lifestyle changes. Additionally, you'll benefit from two 20-minute consultations each month, strategically incorporating progressive overload to advance your training and implementing deload weeks for essential rest and recovery in your fitness journey.
A comprehensive training plan, made specifically for you, is available for adaptation either monthly, biweekly, or weekly, depending on your needs. This plan will help you fast-track and excel in your gym progress effectively. It's a cost-effective and efficient program for making fast progress towards becoming your best self.
