Our initial full plan deal is a culmination of a comprehensive diet and training plan that is comprised of multiple consultations to make sure they are best tailored for you
Broken down into its 4 components -
- Original 15 min consultation about habits, lifestyle and current fitness patterns in which we will provide a weeklong diet diary for you to complete and a movement screen to see how your body moves in which we will send you the links for all the videos.
- 2nd 15 min consultation 1 week later in which you would've sent us the movement screen a couple of days beforehand after the original consultation for us to analyse You will provide the diet plan and we will discuss the aspects of your movement screen and diet that we will improve and change.
- 3rd 15 min consultation we will have create a training plan and a specific diet plan in which we will discuss both to see if you have any issues you need to raise.
- 4th 15 min consultation will be week after the 3rd consultation in which we will discuss how you are getting on with both your diet and training program and adjust and tweak things accordingly after you have tried them.
